Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate to join our New York Metro office in a hybrid capacity. You will lead engagements for the Construction Industry Group, plan engagements, and oversee deliverables while coaching staff and maintaining client relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in public accounting, a Bachelor's Degree, and CPA licensure or eligibility. Strong MS Office, CaseWare, and ProSystem FX skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor's Degree required; CPA licensure achieved or eligible to sit for the exam.
• Strong ability to manage multiple client engagements and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement on specific client accounts and manage engagement teams.
• Oversee pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide regular performance coaching and feedback to staff, including interns.
• Maintain clear, timely client communication and leadership across engagements.
