CohnReznick in the New York Metro area is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate to join our Construction Industry Group in a hybrid capacity. You will lead engagements, plan, execute, and deliver final work products, while managing staff and ensuring clear client communication.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in public accounting, a Bachelor's degree, CPA or eligibility, and strong MS Office and audit software knowledge. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Public accounting firm experience required.
• CPA licensure achieved or eligible to sit for the exam.
• Bachelor's degree required; strong technical skills in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engagement lead on client accounts.
• Lead pre-engagement planning, execution and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans and budgets.
• Manage a staff team including interns and provide coaching.
