Qualifications

• At least 2 years of litigation experience; construction disputes experience a plus.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Active California bar license required; AmLaw 100 experience and judicial clerkship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel, dispute resolution, contract drafting and negotiation for construction projects.
• Support a nationally recognized Construction practice within the California Projects, Energy, Environment & Resources team.
