Job summary

Locke Supply, a fast-growing, 100% Employee-Owned leader in plumbing, electrical and HVAC, seeks hands-on craftspeople for our in-house construction team. Your work will remodel and repair branches, directly impacting customer experience and the ESOP retirement plan.

We train, mentor and promote from within, offer full benefits, 401(k) options and travel stipends for overnight trips. This is a long-term career where ownership mindset and craftsmanship pay off.

Qualifications

• Experience in Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Woodworking (or a strong desire to learn).
• Clean driving record + ability to pass required screenings
• Willingness to work overtime (46–50 hrs./week total - including overtime) and travel overnight as needed (Hotel and meal stipend company provided)
