As Assistant Superintendent, you are responsible for assisting with daily operations of assigned construction projects. In this role you ensure the work is completed according to the project’s planned sequence and schedule; implement and enforce field safety, site cleanliness and project organization; along with monitoring subcontractors. You report progress to Superintendents and/or Project Managers. From time-to-time you will be performing some physical aspects of construction. You are the connector from the field to the Operations Staff. This position reports to the General Superintendent, or their designee and is expected to apply industry knowledge and expertise to carry out responsibilities effectively.
