Job summary

Rockford is seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish, reporting to the Market Leader. You will organize the construction process and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of project management, estimates, and quality control, with hands-on site involvement and document

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants for timely delivery.
• Manage document control systems and use project management software.
• Support procurement, bids, and change orders.
