Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Construction to support the PM team in the Roofing Division. The role requires reading blueprints, plans and specs and offers growth toward a Project Manager position.

We value candidates with construction industry experience and strong Excel skills, plus proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD and Bluebeam. Willingness to travel 50-70% is expected.

Qualifications

• MUST BE PROFICIENT IN EXCEL.
• Proficiency in MS Office package, including MS Project a plus.
• Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD / Bluebeam and the ability to read blue prints is required.
• Experience in the Construction industry is required.
• Must be willing to travel 50-70%.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support to the PM team in Roofing Division.
• Read blueprints, plans and specifications to assist planning and execution.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules and documentation.
