This is a travel position requiring night shifts, with work from Sunday to Thursday. Your hotel, gas, and travel time are paid for.

We are seeking experienced fixture installers or retail construction professionals with leadership skills to join our travel team:

This is a skilled supervisory role, requiring the ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently following established procedures.

Skills:

  • Supervisory duties such as managing the team, leading, ensuring quality and timeliness of work, handling conflicts, and reporting issues to Project Manager and HR.
  • Motivating team members to collaborate and adhere to DisplayMax procedures and policies.
  • Accurate reporting and proficiency with computers and software applications.
  • Effective communication with supervisors and team members.
  • Time management and workplace safety adherence.
  • Advanced knowledge of fixtures, installation, merchandising techniques, gondola moves, and store fixture maps.
  • Knowledge of painting, patchwork, floor repair, framing, and finish carpentry techniques.
  • Ability to write professionally.
  • Knowledge of trailer hookups, rigging/load binding, and performing these tasks adequately.
  • Professional conduct with customers and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgment, safety awareness, and physical capability to perform labor.

Position Duties:

  • Assist the Lead in managing the team, assigning tasks, and ensuring completion.
  • Complete and submit daily reports accurately and on time.
  • Evaluate and assess team members.
  • Ensure jobsite safety and cleanliness, report concerns.
  • Monitor timekeeping and scope of work completion.
  • Report HR issues.
  • Train new team members.
  • Act as Lead in their absence.
