Job Overview

As a Construction Assembler at Robinson, you will play a crucial role in assembling high-quality metal enclosures and products for various customer projects. Working within a dynamic team environment, the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering top craftsmanship.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Assemble metal components and structures according to blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
  • Use hand and power tools, welding equipment, and machinery to fabricate and assemble metal parts with precision.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues with attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Participate in training to enhance skills in metal fabrication techniques.
Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
  • Experience in metal fabrication or similar role.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, welding equipment, and machinery.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with flexibility.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations in metal fabrication.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software.
  • Experience with various metals like steel, aluminum, stainless steel.
  • Mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
