Woodford Bros., Inc. is hiring an Apprentice to support residential basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawlspace repair, and other home services. You will work on a three-person crew, receive comprehensive training, and have opportunities to lead a crew as you advance.

The position offers a structured path, with a $500 sign-on bonus and paid training. Expect competitive pay of $17–$21 per hour during training, with benefits and pathways toward supervisory roles, and uncapped bonuses

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Strong communication skills in English (read, write, and speak).
• Team-oriented with leadership potential and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company vehicle.
• Travel to customers’ homes to perform installations.
• Maintain safe and organized work environments.
