Job summary

Regenis LLC, based in Salem, Oregon, is seeking a motivated Construction Apprentice Laborer to join our team. You will support a strong safety culture while assisting with sheet metal, concrete, civil, mechanical work, and piping tasks, learning Regenis standards and growing your skills.

The role is full-time with hourly pay of $16–$18, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for education reimbursement and professional development.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Pre-employment drug testing and random testing required.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Collect tools and materials for daily tasks under supervisor.
  • Travel to job sites and assist with moving heavy objects.
  • Follow safety protocols and operate PPE for construction tasks.
  • Operate hand/power tools and machinery as needed.
