Apprentice

You’ll be instrumental in impacting homeowner’s lives by solving the most serious basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawlspace repair, and other home repair issues in their homes, all while providing customers with a remarkable experience. As an Apprentice, you'll be part of a three-person crew, preparing you to step into a leadership role. During this period, you’ll receive the training, knowledge, and tools needed to excel and advance, with the potential to lead your own crew. Your work will leave homeowners with restored peace of mind, knowing their home’s value has been preserved and protected. This is more than just another construction job though.
