Job Location: Remote, Midwest

65% travel throughout states in the Midwest. When not traveling you will work remotely.

Ready to play a key role in developing the sales of cutting-edge construction technology?

What You Will Do:

In this strategic role, you will be a vital member of our regional team, focusing on our Heavy & Highway construction product family. You will work closely with our regional sales manager and dealer network to meet and exceed our sales goals. Your primary focus will be on providing in-depth pre-sales demonstrations, showcasing the key features and benefits of our product line to both dealers and key client accounts. You will be the technical lead for regional sales, helping to train our dealers and support major clients.

Partner with the regional sales manager to evaluate and develop dealer competencies to increase sales.

Deliver specialized product training and job site demonstrations to dealer personnel and major accounts.

Collaborate with our Business Area on new product releases, ensuring our team has the information and training needed for successful launches.

Provide high-level technical and sales support for our dealer network and key end-users.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:

We are looking for a motivated and solution-driven team player with a strong technical aptitude and a passion for the construction industry.

A background in civil engineering, construction management, or land surveying is highly preferred.

Demonstrated technical capability with Trimble construction field and office software.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.

A sense of urgency and the ability to handle difficult situations with sound judgment.
