Job summary

Ankura is seeking a Construction Intern to develop analytical skills while immersing in client services. You will work with project leaders and experts on schedule, cost and productivity analyses, reviewing documents and building databases.

This role offers early exposure to client-facing tasks on major global projects. Ideal candidates will have an Engineering degree, strong communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with strong academic record.
  • Motivated, energetic and team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative/analytical problem-solving ability and collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with data gathering including detailed document reviews and database creation/ management.
  • Performs detailed analyses of project schedule delays, project cost records, productivity, change orders and other issues related to design and construction.
  • Utilizes various computer software to analyze and model schedules, contractor production rates and costs.
  • Creates high quality work product and demonstrates exceptional quality control.
  • Prepares client-ready work product for senior level review.
  • Supports company and practice development efforts.
