Job summary

MBP is seeking motivated students for an internship that supports on-site construction inspection, project documentation, research, and analytics across a broad range of project disciplines. Interns will contribute to projects serving construction and government contracting clients, gaining exposure to real-world project delivery and professional consulting services.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, finance, or any analytical business discipline.
• Strong academic performance in construction management and/or construction administration; mechanical systems; project management; project controls, including schedule, estimating, and/or risk; financing and budgeting, or construction law.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with research, analysis, and project-related activities.
• Provide project documentation and tracking.
• Gather, organize, and maintain project documentation, records, and databases.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Assist in the development of project findings, recommendations, and solutions.
• Participate in project meetings and document key discussions, action items, and decisions.
• Assist with proposal preparation, market research, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project objectives and client needs.
• Learn and apply industry best practices, company procedures, and project requirements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
