Davenergy Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Construction Administrator (CM-CA) to provide onsite Construction Facilities Management (CFM) support at the West Haven VA Medical Center in West Haven, CT.
This role supports major renovation and construction efforts within an active VA medical facility by providing administrative and coordination support in accordance with Government requirements.
Must be able to see, hear, walk, drive, climb, reach, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be prepared to encounter all construction site conditions, including noise, dust, heights, odors, and enclosed spaces, and be physically capable of traversing sites with unstable footing, stairs, rough terrain, adverse weather, ladders, roofs, and other mobility-challenging conditions. Must possess the physical ability to take measurements, perform tests comparing in-place work to contract requirements, and observe work activities throughout the course of construction.
