Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to support the Division President and VP of Construction, keeping sign-ups, sales, and closing activity organized in Salesforce.

You will track leads, closings, and permits, monitor status, and provide day-to-day admin support to the Construction team. A high school diploma and proficiency with Excel/Office are expected, Salesforce a plus.

What You'll Do

• As a Construction Administrative Assistant, you'll support our Division President and Vice President of Construction by keeping sign-ups, sales, and closing activity organized in Salesforce, tracking leads and upcoming closings, and checking in with leadership to keep things moving.
• You’ll also help manage permitting and provide general administrative support to the Construction team.
• Help manage new home sign-ups and keep sales and closing activity up to date in Salesforce.
• Monitor leads and help track projected closings.
• Check-in with local leadership regularly to get status updates and help resolve any issues.
• Assist with acquiring permits from various cities.
• Support the Division President and VP of Construction with day-to-day admin: organizing documents, filing, and general office support.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable navigating a computer, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Prior admin or customer service experience helpful, but not required.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong communicator, professional, reliable.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to work across multiple locations.
