Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to ensure logs are updated correctly.
• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain cost systems and provide required reports.
• Respond to employee requests for information and assistance.
• Route agreements, contracts, and invoices for signatures.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities.
• Complete assigned tasks with other clerks.
• Research and data entry tasks as needed.
• Organize and prioritize projects and tasks effectively.
• Plan and carry out tasks from management staff.
