Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification.
• Substantial public accounting experience serving construction industry clients.
• Experience preparing and reviewing business tax returns and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review federal and multistate business tax returns (Forms 1120S, 1120, 1065) and owner tax returns.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, compilations, reviews, and audit engagements for construction clients.
• Serve as trusted resource for taxpayers, guiding tax compliance and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on tax planning, financial analysis, and advisory services.
• Supervise accounting staff; review workpapers and ensure accuracy and client service.
• Manage multiple client engagements, timelines, and deliverables; maintain relationships.
• Assist with construction accounting matters, including contracts and disclosures.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and add value.
