Responsibilities

• Manage diverse client accounts, various software platforms, and multiple charts of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Coordinate and execute daily financial transactions including accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Complete financial statements and perform comprehensive account reconciliations (bank, credit card, prepaids, fixed assets, accruals).
• Undertake complex account reconciliations that have been previously set up and supported by senior team members.
• Prepare and complete quarterly and annual items, including sales tax returns and Form 1099s.
