This hands-on role collaborates with the accounting team, vendors, and lenders to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting-related role within a construction environment.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, construction cost accounting, accounting standards, and related financial procedures, along with strong account reconciliation experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and research skills, communication abilities, and time management, with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on role works closely with the accounting team, other departments, vendors, and lenders to resolve discrepancies and keep financial processes running smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings construction accounting experience, strong reconciliation skills, and a positive, collaborative approach. The ability to learn quickly, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing business needs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
