Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction accounting experience (2+ preferred).
• Hands-on, full-cycle A/P experience with real volume.
• Strong Excel and sharp attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle A/P, job cost coding, and account reconciliations.
• Vendor and subcontractor documentation (W-9s, COIs, lien waivers/releases).
• Follow-up and communication with vendors, subs, project managers, and internal staff.
• Opportunity to grow into month-end close, billing, retainage, and pay applications.
