Job summary

RANDALL is seeking a Safety Specialist with a minimum OSHA 30 certification to join our Orlando-based team on large commercial construction projects along the Space Coast. The role reports to the Safety Director in Apopka but will operate from Titusville.

You will oversee safety programs, conduct audits, and lead training to protect workers on site. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Safety Coordinator on commercial sites, OSHA 30, bilingual preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator on commercial construction projects.
• Certified OSHA 30 - Construction (OSHA 500 / 510 Preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Ability to pass extensive background checks for badging purposes.
• CPR, First Aid, AED Trainer certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects to ensure a safe environment.
• Report injuries immediately and document incidents.
• Conduct safety audits and coordinate with Safety & Project Management.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings; train workers and supervisors.

Randall is immediately seeking a top-tier Safety Specialistwith a minimum OSHA 30 Certification to join our team to work on large, commercial construction projects along the Space Coast of Florida. This position will report to the Safety Director in our Apopka, FL office, but will operate from our Titusville, FL office.

Position Summary

Our Safety Specialistswill oversee commercial construction projects to ensure a safe environment and toidentify safety concerns. All safetyincidents must be reported and documented on the job site.

Essential Functions

• Orient and train all personnel to the site’ssafety program prior to and during work
• Make daily job site safety audits andprovide copies of documentation to Randall Safety & Project Management
• Report all injuries immediately to RandallSafety & Project Management
• Participate in fact finding, root causeanalysis and resolution on all injury/incident investigations, and ensureapplicable paperwork is forwarded to appropriate parties
• Attend and participate in safetycoordination meetings
• Provideappropriate materials for conducting weekly toolbox/tailgate meetings or safetymeetings, as well as:
  
• Periodicallyconduct toolbox/tailgate meetings
  
• Implementrequired training programs for workers and supervisors
  
• Providenecessary information for the obtaining of motor vehicle records for all craneoperators on site

Qualifications/ Education / Work Experience:

• At least 3 years ofexperience as a Safety Coordinator on commercial construction projects
• Certified OSHA 30 -Construction (OSHA 500 / 510 Preferred)
• Bilingual(English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Ability to passextensive background checks for badging purposes
• Education/trainingin Occupational Safety & Health
• CPR, First Aid, AEDTrainer certified preferred
• Superior written,verbal communication and organizational skills
• Excellent computerskills with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel applications
• Ability to workeffectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
