A leading construction and engineering firm is seeking a Constructability Associate to optimize project execution strategies nationwide. The Constructability Associate will assist the Constructability Manager in optimizing project execution strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction processes, exceptional problem-solving skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to various roles within the organization. This position plays a critical role in supporting budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and temporary site plans.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or GED; further education in construction management or related field preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of relevant field experience in construction, with a strong understanding of project execution and constructability.
Travel: Willingness to travel to job sites (20-50% of the time).
Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required.
