You will join a defense litigation team and contribute to trial strategy, discovery, depositions, and motions. Ideal candidates are licensed in Alabama with strong writing, analytical, and deposition skills, and enjoy working

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Alabama.
• Experience in defense litigation and depositions.
• Excellent writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic part of a defense litigation team committed to providing excellent representation to our clients
• Participate in trial preparation include case strategy, discovery, records review, client and witness interviews
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions
• Write compelling and thoroughly researched briefs and legal memorandums
• Research and analyze complex litigation areas
