The liaison will report to the Director of Constituent Services and work in conjunction with various policy area experts from within the office. We are seeking a candidate willing to be part of a collaborative, energetic and innovative team. The prospective staff member must be committed to seeking out new and better ways for the office to connect with, and deliver for, Queens’s diverse neighborhoods, communities and constituents – particularly its immigrant communities. The liaison will represent the Borough President’s office and oversee key initiative areas.
May be required to work nights and weekends.

May be required to work special events
Meeting, interacting and working closely with nonprofit organizations, community based organizations, etc. on behalf of the Borough President’s office will be required.
