Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Constant Companion to assist with patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The role emphasizes direct observation and supervision of individual patients within a patient care team.

You should be willing to participate in a collaborative team, remain flexible to change, and uphold quality of your own work while supporting the RN Manager. Prior health-related experience and BCLS certification are preferred.

Job Description

Education/Experience:

• 1. High School equivalent
• 2. Prior experience working with patients/clients or student in health related field preferable.

Certification/License: BCLS.

Preferred Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.23 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
