Job summary

Masco Corporation in Livonia, MI is seeking a Financial Reporting and Consolidation Analyst to support the Consolidations Manager and cross‑functionally collaborate with FP&A, Investor Relations, Corporate Accounting, Tax and Internal Audit. The role will assist in preparing the 10-Q and 10-K footnotes in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements.

You will consolidate financial results, post journal entries in HFM, and produce reports for monthly reviews and quarterly earnings releases.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance from a 4-year college or university.
• CPA or CPA eligible.
• Experience with SEC filings or public company accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile various financial reports to assist in the monthly financial review processes, some of which are used in the company’s quarterly earnings releases and calls
• Assist and participate in training sessions to provide technical accounting guidance relevant to our business units
• Optmally communicate across the enterprise with internal partners to capture financial information required
• Work directly with internal and external auditors to provide analysis and any required audit documentation necessary for the successful completion of any audit
• Support other projects as assigned
