Qualifications

• Experience leading month-end close, consolidations, and variance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX controls.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post top-side journal entries and manage consolidation close (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and perform variance analysis on key accounts.
• Provide accounting guidance on GAAP vs. Non-GAAP issues and support audits.
• Lead SOX compliance processes and ensure internal controls are effective.
• Develop and supervise staff; mentor and train consolidation activities.
