Job summary

Conservation Legacy is seeking a Program Coordinator for Conservation Corps North Carolina to plan crew trainings, coordinate field and office communication, and mentor staff. The role combines 70% office work with 30% field assignments, requiring flexible scheduling and a commitment to safety and program integrity.

Based in Old Fort, NC, the coordinator will work with partners to recruit crew members, manage logistics, track enrollment, and support project delivery across statewide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous Corps Experience.
• 2 years of administrative and trail building experience.
• Ability to recruit and onboard crew members.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute crew leader/member trainings.
• Coordinate field-office communication and logistics.
• Mentor field staff and ensure safety and program integrity.
• Support recruitment, enrollment, and partner relationships.
