A successful Part Time Conservation and Parks Technician performs a variety of natural resources and semi-skilled labor in developed and natural park areas. This position is an excellent opportunity to work outdoors and gain conservation and natural resources skills. The C&P tech assists in maintenance of park facilities, grounds, landscape beds, habitat, trails and equipment. Employee proceeds alone or with coworkers on regular duties, with guidance from supervisor. Refers unusual or difficult problems or situations to immediate supervisor. Required work on weekends, holidays, evenings and work outside of normal schedule.
