• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required at time of hire (Wyoming PE within 1 year).
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and design review for infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design and planning for irrigation, roadways, boating access, and related facilities.
• Review plans, specs, and QA for third-party vendors to ensure code compliance.
• Coordinate with staff, contractors, and consultants; manage project budgets and schedules.
