You will perform line changes, machine setup, oven work, and end-of-shift cleanup, with a focus on high-quality negative plates and efficient operation. Training may be provided as needed.

Formación

• Must be a current C&D Trojan Employee in good standing.
• Less than 2 attendance points.
• No policy violations in the past 2 years.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate the ConCast Pasting operation with 98%+ first pass yield.
• Coil load and unload; coil threading; paper process.
• Hopper operation and setup; paste mixing; oven setup and maintenance.
• Fork Lift operation; end of shift clean up; off bearing plates.
• Maintain housekeeping standards; ensure safety PPE usage.
• Complete production, inventory, SPC documentation; input data and reports.
