ConnectWise Revenue Operations Specialist

Location: Fully Remote

Description:

The role:

The ConnectWise Revenue Operations Specialist manages and optimizes billing lifecycle and service agreement processes within the ConnectWise platform for our MSP clients. You will ensure accurate invoicing, proper configuration of client agreements, and contribute to revenue integrity, workflow efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Billing Operations: Oversee invoicing, ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain client records.
  2. Agreement Management: Create and maintain client service agreements, implement SLA settings, monitor agreement performance, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.

Additional duties involve staying updated with ConnectWise features, reviewing PowerBI reports, and demonstrating commitment to company values and policies.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in an administrative/operations role; 4+ years with ConnectWise Manage/PSA billing processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerBI, and understanding MSP billing models.

Physical and Remote Work Requirements: Ability to sit/stand for long periods, lift objects, communicate effectively, and work remotely within a state where the company operates. Occasional in-person meetings may be required.

Compensation & Benefits: Base wage $30-$35/hr, PTO, 401k, holidays, health benefits, and various employee perks.
