Connector & Referral Partner – AI Healthcare Solutions (Rural & Community Providers, and Health Plans) (Managed Services)
Ideal Candidate:
You are a senior healthcare executive, administrator, consultant, physician, or chief medical officer with a proven track record of success in healthcare delivery/insurance or consulting. Having recently completed a significant tenure, you are approximately 10–15 years from retirement and seeking a flexible, impactful way to stay engaged. You are interested in building passive income while using your experience and relationships to drive innovation and strengthen the healthcare industry, particularly for rural providers, ACOs, and not-for-profit health plans.

Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking Connectors and Referral Partners who can identify and introduce healthcare leaders ready to modernize operations through AI-powered managed services. This is not traditional sales. It is about thoughtful relationship-building and matching the right leaders with solutions that create real, sustainable impact.
You will be fully supported by Aukera Health’s leadership team, including tailored outreach materials, clear value propositions, and collaborative engagement models.
Responsibilities:
Leverage existing relationships to introduce Aukera Health to executive leaders
Collaborate to qualify opportunities and guide early-stage discussions
Help transform operations and improve clinical and financial outcomes for rural providers, ACOs, and not-for-profit health plans
Candidate Qualifications:
10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare administration, consulting, clinical leadership, or vendor partnerships
Deep relationships with decision-makers at rural or community healthcare organizations, ACOs, or health plans
Strategic mindset, collaborative style, and passion for innovation in healthcare
Interest in flexible, performance-based arrangements with meaningful long-term impact
