Responsibilities

• Drive discovery to identify, validate, and prioritize platform updates or new services.
• Define and own the Connectivity platform roadmap and strategy with the engineering lead.
• Future: Build shared observability across regions (US, CA, UK/EU).
• Partner with engineering to articulate technical trade-offs with business value.
• Engage with internal teams to distill needs into actionable requests for the platform.
• Establish and track key metrics.
