POSITION SUMMARY

Perform a variety of administrative duties as they relate to the Connected Solutions team to ensure efficient operations and compliance. This includes, but is not limited to daily monitoring of equipment on hand for contractors and technicians, performing inventory management duties in the Customer portal, contractor adherence to PerfectVision policies, etc. This role will also be responsible for processing equipment orders and/or communicating those orders to an order processing team member.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
  • Responsible for actively monitoring inventory levels in customer and PerfectVision systems at the company, dealer and technician level.
  • Evaluate equipment on hand for Partners and technicians to ensure on hand quantities don’t exceed business requirements based on forecasts, run rates, and pending work orders.
  • Escalate low inventory levels at our Distribution Centers to management.
  • Provide assistance to partners with PerfectVision and all customer inventory management processes and systems.
  • Escalate any issues with PerfectVision and customer inventory management tools.
  • New location set up. Work closely with internal teams to ensure new technician locations are set up in PerfectVision and customer systems.
  • Process equipment orders for Partners and technicians and/or send the equipment orders to a member of Connected Solutions order processing team.
  • Make recommendations on process improvements, implementation, and documentation with the goal to improve processes, procedures, effectiveness, and results.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other team members within the department and throughout the organization.
  • Report to leadership during scheduled meetings on any issues caused by partners that restrict their ability to perform to expected standards.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
  • Regular and prompt attendance is a primary function and requirement for this position.

Education
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED); and
  • Related experience in inventory management, accounting and/or business analytics.
Experience
  • Two plus years of experience in a supervisory capacity managing inventory and accounting; and
  • Three to five years of experience in a professional customer service role; and
  • Previous knowledge of customer service policies, procedures, and regulations in a business-to-business environment is helpful.
Computer Skills
  • Computer literate in a Microsoft Windows environment with the ability to learn new software and application.
  • Microsoft Excel – Advanced level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as creating a spreadsheet, formatting a spreadsheet, using the formula bar to perform various functions, importing/exporting documents, and calculating numbers. Advanced Formula knowledge is preferred.
  • Microsoft Outlook – Advanced level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as composing, sending, forwarding and replying to messages, attaching computerized files, utilizing calendar and task reminders, viewing several calendars, sharing calendars, creating and sending meeting requests, and creating contact lists.
  • Microsoft Word – Advanced level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as composing, editing, naming and saving documents, formatting text, and printing.
  • PowerPoint – Basic level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as creating presentations, adding new slides, saving a presentation, and previewing a presentation
  • Accurate 10-Key by touch, alphanumeric
  • Accurate typing skills, approximately 30 words per minute.
  • General knowledge of how to use a calculator, scanner, copy machine, fax machine, printer, telephone and various standard office equipment.
