Zantech, a dynamic Woman Owned Small Business, is seeking a Program Specialist to serve as Congressional affairs and legislative liaison onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will develop strategic messaging, maintain congressional relationships, and coordinate multi-agency actions to advance legislative strategies.

The role requires 7+ years in federal government affairs, U.S. citizenship with TS-SCI or higher eligibility, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Political Science or Public Administration preferred.
Experience with federal government affairs and congressional relations is essential.
Security clearance (TS-SCI) or ability to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic messaging and narrative for outreach to Congress and stakeholders.
Create annual strategy for Congressional relationships and track engagement.
Maintain active list of Members of Congress and staffers and coordinate visits.
Assess congressional actions and provide actionable recommendations.
Track NDAA language impacts and budget trends; coordinate multi-agency actions.
