The Home for Little Wanderers' Harrington House is looking for Residential Counselors to care for children in their Dorchester location. In the group home, children or adolescents, ranging in age from 8-15, are in transition back to their families or moving on to independent living, but need support to make successful transitions back to their communities.
Hours: Saturday - Tuesday, 2pm - 10pm
The program provides residential treatment in a safe, structured, home-like environment. Children participate fully in the community through school attendance and extracurricular activities. Additionally, the program offers clinical services, health services, psychiatric services, educational assistance, milieu therapy, and case management services.

Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, stand, climb, and lift objects continuously for 6-7 hour shifts. Ability to effectively restrain using proper TCI techniques when needed.
