Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a production operator to prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating and apply coatings using dispensing equipment. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Connecticut.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of manufacturing experience, with good English and basic computer skills. Overtime may be required to meet production demands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boards for conformal coat by cleaning and masking.
• Apply epoxy and conformal coatings using dispensing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and work area; follow safety procedures.
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions; inspect for defects.
• Communicate with supervisor and teammates regularly.
