Job summary

Bridgeline Solutions, a law firm, seeks a Conflicts Specialist to join its new business intake team in New York. You will review client, matter, and lateral hire requests, perform conflicts searches, and identify ethical and business issues to enable timely matter openings.

You will prepare concise conflict summaries, communicate findings to attorneys, assist with waivers and ethical screens, and maintain clear records throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm conflicts, new business intake, risk management, compliance, paralegal, or legal research function.
• Familiarity with Intapp Open or similar conflicts management platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
