Job summary

Bridgeline Solutions seeks a Conflicts Specialist for its New York team. You will run conflicts searches, prepare clear reports in Intapp, and collaborate with attorneys to clear new matters and hires.

This role sits within the conflicts and new business intake function, supporting multiple practice groups. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of conflicts or intake experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Intapp.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of conflicts and/or new business intake experience at a mid-size or large law firm.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Intapp proficiency; exposure to legal financial systems and corporate research databases a plus.
• Sharp research instincts, discretion, and precision under deadline.

Responsibilities

• Run conflicts searches and prepare clear, well-supported reports in Intapp.
• Work with attorneys and staff to gather what's needed to clear new matters and new hires.
• Support intake operations, ethical screens, and client due diligence.
• Maintain conflicts records and related client documentation.
