• Experience with conflicts/new-business intake systems and external databases.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve conflicts for new business intake, matter openings, and onboarding.
• Draft waivers, disclosures, and engagement letters; maintain supporting documentation.
• Review Outside Counsel Guidelines and engagement letters for conflicts provisions.
• Advise leadership on risk, ethics issues, and compliance with professional rules.
• Educate attorneys and staff on conflicts procedures and client relationship considerations.
• Coordinate with Division Managers and Ethics Committee to clear conflicts.
