Job summary

Gainor Staffing is seeking a Conflicts Attorney for a temporary, fully remote position. You will conduct and analyze conflicts searches for new clients and matters, identify potential conflicts, and support clearance and resolution across the firm.

JD and active bar admission required, with 3+ years of relevant experience in a large or multi-office firm. The role includes drafting conflict waivers, assisting with intake projects, and training staff on conflicts procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Conflicts Attorney experience.
• JD with active bar admission.
• Strong knowledge of Rules of Professional Conduct and conflicts analysis.
• Experience with new business intake and/or lateral hire intake.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Intapp experience preferred.

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of recent Conflicts Attorney experience, ideally within a large or multi-office law firm
• JDrequired,with active bar admission
• Strong knowledge of Rules of Professional Conduct and conflicts analysis
• Experienced with new business intake, lateral hire intake, or both
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and client-service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office;Intappexperience preferred

Pay Rate Range: $85-95 per hour, based on experience

Location: Fully remote,butmustresidewithin commuting distance of an office in one of the following locations --Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Washington, DC
