Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a Conflicts Supervisor to lead the conflicts search and analysis function for new business intake and restructuring matters. You will oversee a team of analysts, coordinate with risk management and counsel, and ensure high-quality conflict reviews across the firm.
Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in conflicts analysis or related processes in professional services, strong leadership, and proficiency with conflicts search platforms (Intapp preferred).

As a Conflicts Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the firm's conflicts search and analysis function for new business intake, restructuring matters, attorney onboarding, and portable work. Reporting to the Associate Director, Risk Management, you will lead daily operations, guide a team of analysts, and partner closely with attorneys, the Office of the General Counsel, Risk Management, and Business Intake & Conflicts teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent conflict reviews.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in each of the below locations.
