Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in risk management or conflicts searching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research corporate affiliations of clients and parties using multiple sources.
• Perform routine conflicts searches and validate party information.
• Ensure conflicts reports are complete, accurate, and standards compliant.
• Assist attorneys and staff with requests and updates in Intapp.
• Maintain and update conflicts data and terminology in the database.
• Be available for occasional evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
