Orrick is seeking a Conflicts Analyst - Laterals II to review and analyze lateral candidate submissions for accuracy, aligning with firm processes and policies. This role offers full-time work with 100% remote US locations.
You will run conflict checks, enter data into firm systems, generate reports, and coordinate with teams to ensure compliance. Experience with Intapp Open is preferred, and a strong analytical mindset is essential.
Orrick currently has an excellent opportunity for a Conflicts Analyst - Laterals II. This position could be based in any of our U.S. offices and consideration given for 100% remote US locations.
What will you do? You will review and analyze lateral candidates and conflict submissions for accuracy and alignment with firm processes, policies, systems, and strategies; process lateral conflict checks; evaluate lateral conflict submissions using firm and third‑party research databases; enter conflict information into firm systems; run conflict reports, report hits and examine results for compliance purposes in accordance with firm policies and procedure. If necessary, you will run additional reports utilizing international business compliance software (LexisNexis); and business research companies D&B Hoovers/DNB. You will research corporate entities and family‑tree structures to determine related entities and will communicate effectively with team and inter‑departmentally within the firm.

This compensation and benefits information is based on the Orrick's estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job‑related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
