Job summary

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP seeks a Conflicts Analyst for our Conflicts Department in Denver, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston or Washington DC. This role supports attorneys, paralegals and staff by researching conflicts of interest for new business and lateral hires.

You will prepare clear reports, discuss results with requesting attorneys, and provide training and guidance to teammates. The firm offers a hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in law firm conflicts and/or new business intake.
• Experience using automated conflicts systems.
• Experience with Intapp Open preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and ability to discuss conflicts with lawyers.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Lexis, Capital IQ, and other research tools.

Responsibilities

• Reviews complex searches and new attorney questionnaires for conflicts.
• Conducts research in conflicts databases and commercial databases to identify conflicts.
• Prepares clear reports explaining results and highlighting potential conflicts.
• Reviews conflict reports with the requesting attorney.
• Provides training and mentoring for Conflicts Analyst and communicates with team members.
