O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Newport Beach is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to support our New Business and Lateral New Hire processes. You will identify, review, analyze, and resolve ethical and business-related conflicts of interest.
The role requires collaboration with attorneys and the Conflicts and Engagement Management team, with acute attention to detail and professional communication. You must be able to manage multiple projects and be willing to work extended hours as needed.

O’Melveny has an immediate opening for a Conflicts Analyst to support our Conflicts (New Business and Lateral New Hire) and Engagement Management function. This position can be based within a reasonable commuting distance of any US OMM offices. This application is for our Newport Beach office. The Conflicts Analyst will work closely with attorneys and members of the Conflicts and Engagement Management team on the identification, review, analysis, and resolution of ethical and business-related conflicts of interest. Successful candidates will thrive in a collaborative environment, have an acute attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve and communicate with attorneys and support staff with a high degree of professionalism.
The salary range in CA for this role is $85,000-$100,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
