Responsibilities

• Represents clients in court, hearings or before legal proceedings.
• Provides legal defense in high-profile cases and those with significant liability.
• Reviews and prepares legal documents and findings of fact, conclusions of law, and orders.
• Interprets and applies state and federal laws and rules.
• Interviews parties, witnesses, and experts and prepares them to testify.
• Provides consultation, legal advice, and settlement negotiations.
• May provide office support as needed.
